ABOUT
You need a Technical Product Support Specialist with Frontend Development experience?
I've got you covered!
Welcome! I’m Aleks, a passionate Technical Product Support Specialist. Originally from Ukraine, I now reside in the vibrant country of Spain. While I'm actively learning Spanish (currently between A2 and B1 level), I still prefer communicating in English at this stage.
My career began as a Customer Support Specialist in an airline company, where I honed my English communication skills and developed a strong customer-oriented approach. In 2017, I joined Wix.com, gradually transitioning into a Pro Bundle Product Support Specialist (Tier 3) role as part of the analysts team. In this position, I specialized in implementing and debugging code solutions using Velo (a full-stack development platform based on JavaScript) and REST APIs. This deepened my understanding of JavaScript, working with HTTP requests, and provided substantial experience in debugging code. Additionally, I have closely worked with other Wix products, including Blocks, CMS, and Studio. I have collaborated with the QA team to identify and solve complex issues and bugs, assisted in the creation and updating of documentation for developers, created code examples to illustrate the usage of Velo and Wix REST APIs, assisted in creating training materials for new team members, and performed training and mentoring. I also worked closely with product managers and developers to identify product experience issues and drive improvements.
With over five years of dedicated experience with Velo by Wix, I’ve gained substantial expertise in JavaScript, implementing and debugging code solutions. My commitment to growth led me to expand my expertise beyond a single platform. I have completed various courses on Udemy, covering HTML5, XML, CSS3, JavaScript, Git, GitHub, and ReactJS, including sections on Hooks, Redux, TypeScript, Next.js, and more. My specialist degree in System Engineering has empowered me to learn and grow quickly in this field. I continuously take new courses, practice projects, and dedicate my time to growth.
